Participants will have an opportunity to explore research and core tenants of reflective supervision, with an emphasis on its ability to:
- promote authentic relationships,
- foster professional wellbeing,
- combat bias,
- and improve services to young children and their families.
Professionals, new and seasoned, will begin to understand and/or find renewed purpose around the implementation of reflective supervision within their programs.
