Please join us for RN CORE Training. New CHIP nurses and supervisors are encouraged to attend: Highlight what is unique about Community Health Nursing Review the scope of practice for registered nurses Identify and review clinical nursing skills used in the home settings Review the CHIP team approach and how it can be strengthened to meet family needs Prepare nurses to provide preventative, proactive, assessments & educational activities in the home
