Practice & Purpose is a monthly casual conversation series designed for home visiting professionals to share experiences, explore best practices, and grow together in community. The Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals (InstituteFSP) will facilitate engaging discussions and peer connections. Participants will gain practical insights and renewed inspiration to support children and families. There are 2 sessions each month: One session is designed for home visitors to connect and share, the second session is for supervisors.

What has been helpful for you in preventing burnout?
We know that this work is deeply rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding. We'd love to hear what helps you stay energized, connected, and engaged in your work. How do you recognize the early signs of burnout in yourself? What strategies, routines, or supports help you recharge and maintain your well-being?
