Join us this fall for ASTHVI's second in-person meeting of 2019! The meeting is being held on November 6-8 just outside Chicago at the Hilton Orrington/Evanston. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached and a room block has been reserved at the Hilton. To reserve your room, please call 1-800-445-8667 and let them know you would like a room in the “ASTHVI annual meeting” block.
