Join us for the MIECHV Super Supporters August Meeting!
Supervisors are a critical component for home visitor efficacy, satisfaction, and retention. The MIECHV Super Supporters is a group of highly motivated supervisors meeting every other month to problem solve challenges in supervision and staff retention. This group will cover topics such as fostering a healthy work/life balance, time-management, boundaries, boosting passion in home visitors, and issues in staff turnover.
This month we will be diving into issues around mindfulness and reflective supervision. Be prepared to learn and share!
